Welcome to Road to Devcon NITK Surathkal!

We are excited to host a structured program centered on the theme Make Private Apps using Ethereum. The event consists of three interactive workshops alongside a one-week hybrid hackathon.

Our workshops will onboard participants with no prior blockchain knowledge. We will guide you from Ethereum fundamentals through zero-knowledge intuition, culminating in hands-on building with privacy-preserving SDKs.

The hackathon runs for a full week. The final two days will be held offline exclusively for NITK students. All other participation, project submissions, and judging will take place online.

Submission Guidelines

When the hackathon ends, here’s what you’ll need to submit:

• Platform: Submit via Devfolio
• Deliverables:
  • A working prototype or demo [max 3 min video]
  • A short description of your project (what problem it solves and how it works).
  • A public link to your code repository with a clear Readme.

Make sure everything is submitted and committed by the deadline!

Judging Criteria

• Innovation: How unique and creative is your idea?
• Technical Implementation: Is your code solid and functional?
• Impact: Could your project make a difference in the web3/AI space?
• User Experience: Is it easy and enjoyable to use?
• Presentation: How well do you showcase your work in the demo video?
